As from 1 January 1999, the cost of publishing notices and advertisements in the government gazette can no longer be paid by affixing the appropriate revenue stamps to the notice or advertisement to be published. Henzel Services accepts instructions for the placement of notices and/or advertisements by e-mail at gazette@henzel.co.za or by fax.

The services rendered by Henzel Services include:

• Personal lodgement of the notice or advertisement before 15:00 on Fridays with the Government Printer;
• Payment in cash of the cost of the publishing of the notice or advertisement;
• Ordering a copy of the specific gazette in which the notice or advertisement will be published;
• Collecting the specific gazette from the Government Printer on the Monday following the publication date;
• Send confirmation by e-mail or fax of the publishing of the notice or advertisement to you;
• Mailing the specific gazette in which the notice or advertisement was published to you;
• Obtaining copies of specific Government Gazettes.
